To ensure the fastest and most reliable routing of traffic, we have multiple connections to major Tier 1 Internet backbone carriers with Gigabit Ethernet connections using the BGP-4 routing protocol.

Our network core is fault-tolerant with redundant core routing and switching, equipped with redundant route processors and power supplies. Additionally, inventory equipment for critical infrastructure devices is always available on site. Our Cisco powered network facilitates the elimination of single points of failure via BGP4 and the Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP). The result is a self headlining, redundant network architecture.

We deploy Cisco switching at the distribution layer to improve network implementation flexibility, uptime and service levels. Each customer’s network is divided into dedicated private VLANs. Each distribution switch is connected to our core switching via redundant GigE fiber links for maximum performance and reliability. All VLANs are monitored 24/7 and are protected by high availability, fault tolerant firewalls.
